Within an hour of making contact over the phone, there was a team up on our roof, making short term repairs before the next rain storm.Over the next few weeks, Husker Hammer repaired: our roof, garage doors, siding, gutters, downspouts, and broken windows. Great job, arrived very promptly and efficient. However customer service was a bit lacking. Took about 2 weeks to hear back on my initial inspection. And surprised us when they came back to fix one spot. Suddenly there was someone on our roof! But at least they got the job done.

I had a marketing email from Husker Hammer end up in my junk folder, but when I saw that they were local plus did Siding, Windows AND Roofing, I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever. Even though our area has lots of people in need of repairs after the tornadoes, Kevin made time to come and look at my commercial property with ongoing water leak problems. He was able to assess what I needed, gave me a decent estimate and had a crew out to do the repairs the NEXT DAY. First hard rain and NO LEAKS. Husker Hammer repaired our storm damaged roof and gutters over 5 years ago. We were pleased with the work performed by their team and the customer service provided by Matt and his team. Recently, I called Husker Hammer and asked them a question regarding one of my down spouts. They responded that day with a solution and it is now fixed. I was referred to Husker Hammer by a friend, he had wonderful things to say about them so I took the leap. I'd previously filed an insurance claim after the December 2021 wind storm and gotten a quote from a roofer that ended up ghosting me. When Brett came to give a quote he explained that the previous quote was not as thorough as it should have been, and he worked with my insurance on my behalf to make up the difference. The crew was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves well. When I noticed a discrepancy - that my skylight was previously openable, but the one they replaced it with was not - I contacted Brett immediately and he assured me they would replace it as soon as another came in. Once they had it on hand Brett was in touch with me and made an appointment to have the replacement replaced.I am very glad my friend referred me to Husker Hammer, and I will do the same if ever I have someone who is seeking a roofer.
