Preperation
Proper fit double checked before removing exiting unit
Only units that can be replaced the same day are removed
Drop cloths on all interior work areas

Pocket Install
Existing window frames checked for damage
Damaged wood replaced (change order first)
Operating sashes checked prior to final anchoring
Weight channels on old double hung units with foam
Unit shimmed and fastened square, level, plumb & centered
Foam gasket between windows and existing frame
Sealant between windows and interior stops

Framed Opening Install
Sealant around perimeter of nail flanges / z-bar
Operating sashes checked prior to final anchoring
Units shimmed and fastened square, level, plumb & centered
Foam gasket between windows and framed openings
Tape flashing in weatherboard fashion over window nail flanges

Cladding
Break buddy rib on all cladding over 2″ (unless matching existing)
Brick mould bend over brick mould casing (unless match existing)
Mitered cladding
Sealant between cladding and linear abutment (oil based)

Interior Trim
Extension jamb tight to window & flush with interior wall
Casing profiles flush and tight with each other at intersections
Variance of reveal between casing and extension jamb less than 1/16″
Nail holes filled
Prefinished products touched up
Gap tolerance on all trim less than .019 ” (thickness of trim coil)

Other
Operation of windows is demonstrated to customer

Clean Up
Product free of dust, dirt and marks
Interior vacuumed
Jobsite cleaned daily
Spotless property and surrounding property
Entire property swept for nails with magnet
Leftover material stacked neatly
Leftover material removed
